The wiring came loose and shorted the unit. Osprey-Talon's customer service was quick to respond. A few emails back and forth and they readily sent a replacement unit. It arrived today, a mere three days later.
Customer Review: Product worked for only a month
As mentioned in the other reviews, this isn't exactly the same as the OEM adapter but I didn't notice too many slowdowns. It was however disappointing that the product died after only one month.
